A new museum and path to the Guanches caves

The Government of the Canary Islands has commissioned a project to recover the historic site of La Sabina in the town of La Victoria de Acentejo. In this emblematic part of the municipality, it is planned to create a new museum in the premises of Las Casas de Santo Domingo whose theme will revolve around the Conquest that took part in this part of the Island. They also wish to establish the path that runs to the Guanches caves that exist in the upper part of the cliff.

Both the recovery of the trails and the creation of a museum in which this episode took place will become an opportunity for tourism in the municipality and rescue the history and identity of this emblematic municipality of Tenerife.
