The morning is bright, at the moment there is some sun around, but not much and quite a few clouds, although that could change. It is currently 23°C.
Yesterday as anticipated was hot. In the blinding light of the afternoon, the heat bounced off the patio tiles and caused an illusion of wavering images. The soft breeze touched the leaves of the bougainvillea; they fluttered then unhurriedly floated gracefully down onto the patio where they sat in a little heap in the shady of the garden table. It was one of those days when the thermometer seemed stuck at 31°C and the only thing to do was succumb to indolence.
The forecast for next week looks as we would expect for summer. Here in the south clear skies with just the odd patch of cloud. In the north, the sky will be cloudier than of late, there is a slight chance of light rain, with a 65-95% chance, and that will hopefully fall overnight.
