Weather 3rd July 2017 – Los Cristianos/Las Americas

We went on our morning walk early because it looks as if it is going to be another hot day. On the top terrace of rough ground, streams of sunlight fell through the wall of trees, filling the space between the leaves with warm light. The rays hit the sparse grass, which gleamed with the remains of the morning dew and there were wisps of white clouds that have now almost totally vanished.

It was lovely sitting next to the open window yesterday afternoon, feeling the soft breeze lifting my hair and cooling my skin. The sun flashed like diamonds on the coiling surface of the sea in the distance and temperature were in high twenties with a peak at 31°C. In the evening the girls enjoyed a walk in Los Cristianos.
