The International Festival of Contemporary Music in Tenerife (FMUC)

The International Festival of Contemporary Music in Tenerife (FMUC) – concerts, master classes, lectures and activities will take place in Auditorio de Tenerife, Espacio Cultural Cajacanarias, Circle of Fine Arts and the Conservatory of Music Canary Between 19 May and 11 June.
The programme is as follows:-

Friday May 19 percussionist Francisco Díaz with the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra will perform in the Symphony Hall at 20:30.

Tuesday May 25 Lucid Duo in the Chamber Hall of Auditorio de Tenerife, with pre-concert talk at 19:30, with free admission. In addition, the group will give a free masterclass in the Chamber Hall at 12: 00 the same day.

Diffraction Ensemble will perform on Wednesday, May 31 at the Cultural Space Cajacanarias at 19:30, with free admission and there will be a pre-concert talk at 18:30.

Thursday, 8 June “Grupo Enigma” (OCAZEnigma) in the Chamber Hall of Auditorio de Tenerife at 20:30, with talk prior to the concert at 19:30. Parallel to this concert will be a masterclass by Juan José Olives (Enigma Director) at 12:00 also in the Chamber Hall.

Finally, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June, Tenerife Percussion Camp perform at the Conservatory of Music of the Canary Islands of Santa Cruz de Tenerife at 18:30, with free admission.

You can purchase tickets for the concerts that take place in Auditorio de Tenerife at the box office via internet or www.auditoriodetenerife.com  the rest are free admission.
