Adeje Festival Programme – November 2016

Below is the programme for the Adeje Festival of Theatre and Dance, which is taking place THROUGHOUT November. While performances are in Spanish, certain events will appeal to an international audience, like the Pure Flamenco spectacular and the street theater version of Romeo and Juliet which will take place around the center of Adeje town, starting in the Plaza de España and celebrating the 400 anniversary of the death of Shakespeare. This is a free public event.

NOVEMBER 4TH – Puro Flamenco, with Antonio de Verónica and Saray Cortés at 9pm in the theatre in the Adeje Cultural Centre. Tickets: €10.  Recommended for all the family.

NOVEMBER 11TH – Romeo y Julieta, by the Burka Theatre Company, performing along the streets of Adeje town, starting at the Plaza de España at 6.30pm.  Recommended for all the family.

NOVEMBER 18TH – CORAZÓN DE ELEFANTE, by the De Marisa Amor Company at 9pm in the theatre in the Adeje Cultural Centre.  Tickets €8.  Recommended for all the family.NOVEMBER 19TH

NOVEMBER 19TH – BERNANDA, by the Delirium Company at 9pm in the theatre in the Adeje Cultural Centre.  Tickets €8. Not recommended for under 14s.

NOVEMBER 25TH – MI LUCHA, by Antonia San Juan, 9pm, in the theatre in the Adeje Cultural Centre.  Tickets €13.  Not recommended for under 16s.

NOVEMBER 26TH – DE HOMBRE A HOMBRE, by Insularia Theatre, with the support of the LGBTI collective.  9pm in the theatre in the Adeje Cultural Centre.  Tickets €8.  Not recommended for under 14s.
