Make the most of this beautiful morning folks, because rain is forecast, not the usual might be a tiddly spot, but 100% from tomorrow and stretching out until Friday. For the moment, though, the sun is shining, the sky is blue and temperatures are 22°C.
Yesterday was a mixture of sun and cloud. For a short while, at lunchtime, those over the mountains looked very grey, but they moved on leaving behind a bright blue sky that was dotted with only the odd light and fluffy cloud. Temperatures were yet again high, most of the day in the shade it was high 20s to low 30s but during the morning when we visited Costa Adeje it was 37 °C on the sign, I presume that was a full sun reading.
The following images are from Costa Adeje in the south of the island and Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island and are taken from the webcam yesterday at 12.00, 3.00 and 5.00. These times are approximate and are at whatever is the nearest before or after the hour.
