Weather 30th July 2016 – Los Cristianos/Las Americas

There is a watery sun, quite a few clouds, and the horizon is still not clear but with temperatures of 22°C I think the excessive heat we have been experiencing is at long last starting to get back to normal and the calima is finally on its way out.

Another sunny week with only a few fluffy clouds making an appearance ended yesterday when temperatures averaged 26°C with a couple of hot spots of 31°C but it felt pleasant as there was a bit of a breeze so it was less oppressive than it had been.

The following images are from Costa Adeje in the south of the island and Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island and are taken from the webcam yesterday at 12.00, 3.00 and 5.00. These times are approximate and are at whatever is the nearest before or after the hour.

Las Americas, South Tenerife

Puerto de la Cruz, North Tenerife
