I’m tired this morning, it was a long and very hot night with temperatures never falling below 24°C so hard to sleep except when exhausted. 😦 This morning more of the same, there is no sun as yet, although it does seem to be trying hard to break through. The sky is brighter than yesterday at least I can see down to the coast and temperatures are just short of 26°C and it is heavy and airless.
Yesterday the calima made the heat feel even more overwhelming than it already was. From morning until night, it was Hot, Hot, Hot! Most of the time the mercury reached 33°C in the shade. In full sun, it was another day of high 40s. Despite that, the yellow alert ended early evening.
