Weather 27th June 2016, Tenerife South

Although it is 22°C it feels cooler (are we ever satisfied?) The misty calima skies have gone and this morning we have cloud, quite a lot and quite grey although there are blocks of blue which look as if they could take over as the day moves on. In fact it is spot on what Aemet forecasted we would have.

As you can see on the webcam picture of the south (below) there was a band of cloud in the west. That was probably responsible for it being a more comfortable day. We didn´t have clouds over the resorts but still temperatures were significantly lower than the previous few days, only 33°C in full sun instead of 43°C .

The following images are from Costa Adeje in the south of the island and Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island and are taken from the webcam yesterday at 12.00, 3.00 and 5.00. These times are approximate and are at whatever is the nearest before or after the hour.

Between Los Cristianos and Las Americas, South Tenerife

Puerto de la Cruz, North Tenerife
