Tuna In Marinade with Wrinkly Potatoes

I pinched the following from Islas Canarias because it looked so tasty.  It was, however, all in Spanish so I had to use Google translate and as you know that can be a bit hit and miss so at the end I am adding the original text for those who speak Spanish.

Our gastronomic suggestion for the weekend: ATÚN EN ADOBO CON PAPAS ARRUGADAS!

Steps:

1 kg of tuna  (This part translated as cook with salt and onions, but I didn´t think that sounded right so ignored)

Prepare a marinade with 5 smashed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of paprika, oregano, cumin, a splash of oil and vinegar and a glass of white wine
Pour over the fish and let stand 2 hours.
Fry tuna until cooked
Take the reserved marinade heat and pour over the fish.

Enjoy with wrinkled potatoes.   It is recommended to eat on a terrace overlooking the sea.

And the original

  1. Cocer 1kg de atún con sal y cebolla. Filetear.
